The super pink moon, which is the biggest supermoon of the year, made an appearance over the past few days and made everything in its view look so much better. That included Allegiant Stadium.
Allegiant Stadium sits at the far end of the Vegas strip and with the billion dollar stadium being largely Black in color, it made the entire building pop and look incredible against the backdrop of the mountain range and a rising pink supermoon.

If you were wondering, the pink moon got its name because the April full moon occurs at the same time as the pink wildflower Phlox subulata blooms in North America. A supermoon occurs when a full moon coincides with its perigee, which is its closest approach to the Earth, according to Ethan Miller of Getty Images.
The 65,000 seat stadium is still being constructed and is expected to be ready for the 2020 season. That’s if the season starts on time due to the coronavirus pandemic.
