Larry Fitzgerald doesn’t seem to be in any rush t omake a decision to come back for an 18th NFL season.
Before a charity golf outing on Saturday, the Arizona Cardinals wide receiver was asked once again about his plans on whether or not to return in 2021.
“Nothing’s changed since the last time I saw you,” Fitzgerald told Brad Cesmat of Sports360az.com.
Cesmat then asked Fitzgerald if he knew his decision:
“I know I’m about to play some golf,” Fitzgerald said with a laugh.
Fitzgerald had career low numbers across the board in 2020 and it was combined with him testing positive for COVID-19. If it was his final season, it was done so without a proper sendoff as a minimal amount of fans were allowed at home games, and none were allowed for the final two games.
