Lamar Jackson is taking notes of the disrespct that he is receiving this offseason.
When it comes to Lamar Jackson’s trade request as well as him being placed on the non-exclusive franchise tag, multiple teams have already stated they are not interested. It’s a curious predicament considering that some of these teams could desperately use him.
Steven Ruiz recently compiled Jackson’s career statistics against the teams and coaches who have said they want nothing to do with Jackson and what he found was staggering.
The stats show that on 121 passing attempts, Jackson completed 78.5 percent of his throws with nearly 96 percent of them being on-target. He also rushed for 6.9 yards per attempt and three touchdowns in those games.
Jackson eventually got wind of those stats and took to Twitter to send a frightening message.

“I can’t wait to see you all,” Jackson said in a since deleted tweet.
The reasons why there has been a lack of interest in Jackson seem clear as he does not have an agent and would be negotiating for himself. He reportedly also is looking for a fully guaranteed contract as well.
Deshaun Watson got a fully guaranteed contract from the Cleveland Browns last offseason after not playing a single snap in 2021. Jackson is better and has accomplished more, so naturally he wants a contract to reflect that.
Some teams would rather pass on the 26-year-old franchise quarterback that has a league MVP award. They may end up regretting that much later on.
