Practice was absolutely terrible for the Baltimore Ravens. It seems no quarterback wanted to be on the field and it showed with the amount turnovers that happened on this day.
The Ravens’ defense reeled in nine interceptions. NINE.
Four of those interceptions came from starting quarterback Lamar Jackson. Josh Johnson threw three interceptions while Tyler Huntley threw two.

Here’s the rundown of defenders who nabbed interceptions, via BaltimoreRavens.com: Safety Marcus Williams (2), safety Kyle Hamilton, cornerback Keyvon Seymour, cornerback Jeremy Lucien (off of a double deflection), cornerback Corey Mayfield Jr. (2), safety Ar’Darius Washington, and cornerback Daryl Worley.
Since taking home unanimous league MVP in 2019, Jackson has struggled to regain his previous form where he looked damn near unstoppable. He hasn’t been bad, but looks human. Over the past two seasons, the 26-year-old has posted a 15-9 record, while tossing 33 touchdowns and racking up another five on the ground.
Last season, in the span of 12 games, Jackson threw for 2,242 yards, scored 17 touchdowns, and notched seven interceptions.
The team finished the year 10-7. If the team cannot stop these turnovers in the regular season, that record can easily be turned upside down in 2023.
