When the Arizona Cardinals take the field against the Rams on Sunday, players will be sporting custom-designed cleats displaying the causes most important to them.
Across the league, players are partaking in the NFL’s ‘My Cause My Cleats’ initiative this week to raise awareness for various charities and causes.
Quarterback Kyler Murray is supporting Call of Duty Endowment, which helps veterans transition to civilian life after their military service. He will also be honoring his late grandfather as well.
Murray has already put together an impressive resume in the league, becoming the first player in NFL history with 6,000 passing yards and 1,100 rushing yards in his first 25 career games.
He is also just one of three quarterbacks in NFL history with 6,000 passing yards, 30 touchdown passes and 10 touchdown runs in his first two NFL seasons.
