When will Kyler Murray make his return to the field? It turns out it may be sooner than you think.
“Soon,” according to a new video the Cardinals quarterback posted on TikTok. Murray is doing squats with a dumbbell.
“I tore my ACL 8 months ago,” Murray wrote. “This is the only major injury I’ve had. I’ve never missed the game like this. I’m itching to get back. You learn a lot about yourself in these types of moments. To those of you who ride with me, support me, speak up for me, I appreciate you more than you’ll ever know. I won’t let us down.”
Aside from his workout, he also posted a picture of his incredible legs and it shows that he has been putting in the work to make his way back from a torn ACL.
It’s unclear just how soon Murray will be cleared to play. The Cardinals have maintained Murray will play when he’s fully healthy, both physically and mentally. The only thing we do know is that he will miss the next two games after being placed on the physically unable-to-perform list to start the season.

Murray is eligible to return as soon as Week 5 after he remained on the PUP list to begin the regular season. The Cardinals are 0-2 and host the Dallas Cowboys this week.
The Arizona Cardinals are coming off a disappointing 4-13 season and look to be headed for yet another terrible campaign.
Two-time Pro Bowl quarterback Kyler Murray threw for 2,368 yards over 11 games last year but was sidelined with an injury for the final six games of the regular season. He has heavily been under the microscope since he showed his unhappiness with his contract, only to get a five-year deal where the team had to place an “independent study” clause in the deal.
It would eventually be taken out as many criticized his work ethic and the team had to put something in his contract about it. Making his way back to the field is one thing, but shutting his doubters up is entirely different.
