Kylen Granson may have set a new standard for commemorating first career NFL touchdowns and we are here for it.
The third-year player earned his first score on a four-yard reception from Gardner Minshew in the team’s 31–20 Week 2 win over the Texans and he already knew how he would handle the moment later on.
The Indianapolis Colts tight end arranged a photo shoot with him holding the football in a blanket like it was a baby and posing with his prize in a serene outdoor setting.
It should be noted that Granson was initially robbed of his celebration on the field because he was called out at the one. A review overturned the call and gave Granson his first touchdown, but the moment had passed, so he just turned up on the sideline with the team.
Granson made sure to celebrate his moment in epic fashion as you saw above.
Through two games, he’s currently second on the team in receptions with seven, and third in yards with 55. This game came after his four catches for 39 yards in Week 1’s 31-21 loss to the Jaguars.
