Zach Wilson is not a starting caliber quarterback at the NFL level. The Jets fans know it. And it appears as though San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk knows it too.
The Pro Bowler must have been watching tonight’s game between the Jacksonville Jaguars and the New York Jets. And just like the Jets fans who were in attendance watching the game (while sitting in the freezing cold rain), Juszczyk had also seen enough of Wilson’s incompetence.
At one point in the second half, with stuck on a measly three points, Kyle took to Twitter to beg for a quarterback change.
Funny enough, Juszczyk would get his wish…somewhat.
The Jets did replace Zach Wilson under center shortly after this tweet, but it wasn’t for Joe Flacco. Instead, they’ve gone with undrafted, three-year veteran Chris Streveler.
Either way, it’s better than what the Jets offense had with Wilson under center.
