NFL Network personality Kyle Brandt needed to get something off his chest.
Brandt didn’t waste his chance to tell his childhood crush, Vanna White, about his admiration for her and decided to shoot his shot from halfcourt.
Vanna White has been turning letters on Wheel Of Fortune since 1982 and has appeared on over 5,000 episodes of the famed show. During that time, she’s captured the hearts of many viewers and Brandt is one of them.
Kyle got chosen as a contestant on Celebrity Wheel Of Fortune, he used the opportunity to shoot his shot with Vanna.
“Pat, I’m thrilled to meet you,” Brandt said. “But Vanna, let’s just put the cards on the table. I say this respectfully, you’re a TV legend, my wife is here, but you were my boyhood crush. I love ya. For many years of my life, you were the puzzle I wanted to solve.”
“Do you have any advice for me, Vanna? Because you control the board. I love you, Pat [Sajak], but, to me, this is a Vanna show.”
Vanna White responded in the best way by blocking his shot.

“Wow. Well, thank you for those kind words,” White said. “Buy vowels, pretend like you’re in your own living room, not here. Just concentrate on the puzzle board. Not me, OK! Take me out of it, just think of the puzzle.”
White took the comments in stride.
Once Brandt got his head in the game, he won $169,500 for his charity of choice by the end of the episode.
Brandt is well known in the sports media, but not many know that he began his media career on “MTV’s The Real World: Chicago” in 2001 and later appeared on “Days of Our Lives” from 2003-06.
He now makes his name talking about NFL players and we love him for it.
