It’s not often we see head coaches get a penalty, but it happened on Sunday during a heated battle between two NFC West rivals.
During the second quarter of the 49ers-Cardinals game, Arizona head coach Kliff Kingsbury and San Francisco cornerback Josh Norman had some words for each other along the sidelines, leading to penalties on both of them.
So far, it’s been Kingsbury’s offense who’s been getting the better of Josh Norman and the Niners defense. You’d have to think that Kliff had the upper hand in that exchange, seeing as how his Cards were leading by a score of 14-0 at the time.
Perhaps Norman should consider keeping quiet and concentrating on stopping an Arizona offense that is without Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins.
