A Kirk Cousins TikTok challenge is going viral this week.
The video posted by the official @VikingsNFLTikTok account showed quarterback Kirk Cousins wearing a red non-contact jersey dropping back and throwing a pass during training camp with the text, “NEW CHALLENGE!!! Duet yourself catching Kirk’s pass” overlaid.
The intention was to have users submit split-screen videos with the original next to a video of their own to make it appear as though they were catching a pass from their 31-year-old QB. That is not what happened.
Cousins is coming off a season where he 69 percent of his passes for 3,603 yards, 26 touchdowns and six interceptions.
