A fan account appeared to take a shot at Johnson for his recent beach vacation and Kerryon wasn’t having it.
The Detroit Lions really must’ve wanted to hit it big with a running back in the draft, considering they drafted Georgia’s D’Andre Swift in the second round and then New Mexico State’s Jason Huntley in the fifth.
Nearly a month later, current starter Kerryon Johnson has seemingly taken offense to a fan’s suggestion that Swift might take Johnson’s job.
The Twitter account @LionsFanReport posted side-by-side pictures Friday, with one shot showing Swift on the same field as Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford while posting a picture of Johnson and his girlfriend at the beach.
“Someone’s coming for that starting RB job,” the tweet’s caption read.
About 24 hours later, Johnson saw the tweet and fired back: “I assure you it’s scientifically possible to workout (sic) and not post about it … I’m with the ignorance, though, if you wanna get started.”

Johnson is 100% right in that you don’t have to post workout videos and pictures to show people you are putting in the work.
