The sports host took to her Instagram story this week and shocked fans when she posted herself in nothing but a towel.
Adams shared a video of herself wearing a towel and nothing else during a spa day as she got some stuff rubbed on her face for self-care.
She also posted herself posing in that towel after the deed was done.

Adams left Good Morning Football last year after six years fronting the popular NFL Network show. She now hosts Up & Adams on FanDuel, recently interviewing Rob Gronkowski and discussing things all Tom Brady.
