Kay Adams had an interesting suggestion that the Cincinnati Bengals should have considered for the team’s AFC Divisional Round showdown against the Buffalo Bills at Highmark Stadium.
Snow once again filled up Highmark Stadium on Sunday. Early in the game, Adams suggested that the Bengals could have gotten themselves a “competitive advantage” by wearing their popular white helmets as opposed to the main orange ones with black stripes.
She also suggested the Bills could have donned their all-white uniforms instead of the main blue ones with red and white stripes.
The winner of the Bills-Bengals game will meet the Kansas City Chiefs in next Sunday’s AFC Championship Game. If Buffalo wins, then the game will be held at the neutral site of Mercedes-Benz Stadium (home of the Atlanta Falcons) in Atlanta, Georgia.
If the Bengals win, they’ll visit Patrick Mahomes and company at Arrowhead for the AFC Championship Game for the second straight year. The Bengals won that game 27-24 in overtime, though they went on to lose to the Los Angeles Rams in Super Bowl 56.
