Another thrilling NFL game between two AFC heavyweights was, predictably, overshadowed by questionable officiating.
The Buffalo Bills (7-6) defeated the Kansas City Chiefs (8-5) 20-17 on Sunday at Arrowhead to keep their playoff hopes alive. Unfortunately for the players, coaches and fans, the referees were once again in the spotlight following the game.
Not only were the Chiefs and fans fed up with the questionable Kadarius Toney “offside” penalty that took his potential game-winning touchdown off the field, but the refs appeared to have missed a blatant Von Miller offside penalty on the ensuing play:
Predictably, the questionable officiating once again led to fans calling the NFL rigged:
