Russell Wilson brought this on himself.
Russell Wilson recently revealed that he spent hours on the plane ride to London working out and even doing high knees.
“I don’t really get jet lagged too often. … For me, for the first two hours … I was watching the [game] film, watching all the cut-ups and everything else. And then for the next four hours, I was doing treatment on the plane,” the quarterback, 33, told reporters on Wednesday, October 26, after the Denver Broncs arrived in England ahead of their upcoming game at Wembley Stadium. “I was walking up and down the aisles. Everyone was knocked out. I was doing high knees and working on my legs end everything else, making sure I was ready to rock. So that was good.”
That news spread quickly around the league and now even fellow players are making jokes about it.
On Instagram live, Ravens kicker Justin Tucker could be seen mocking him on the plane after the team defeated the Tampa Bay Bucs.
Wilson has long been open about the extreme measures he’s willing to go through in order to be in the best shape possible for the football season.

No matter how many high knees he can do a flight, it’s making his play on the field any better which is why the Broncos are in a bad spot as we speak.
Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers struggled to score points yet again, as the Baltimore Ravens ran their way to a 27-22 win on the road Thursday night. Brady didn’t throw a touchdown pass until late in the game. He finished the game with 325 yards on 26-for-44 with a touchdown pass.
The Ravens took some time to start scoring, but when they did, they scored 24 of their 27 points in the third and fourth quarters, including two touchdowns to kick off the second half.
The Ravens will wait for Monday night next week when they head to New Orleans to take on the Saints.
