Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert suffered an injury to his left middle finger during his team’s win over the Raiders on Sunday.
On Monday, it was reported that the Los Angeles Chargers star quarterback suffered a fractured finger on his left hand in the team’s 24-17 win over the Las Vegas Raiders, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Rapoport added the injury isn’t expected to sideline Herbert for any game time.
Herbert never left the game yesterday, finishing with 167 passing yards, 27 rushing yards, and accounting for three total touchdowns.
With a well-timed bye on tap in Week 5, Herbert will have plenty of time to recover before the Chargers return to action Oct. 16 versus the Cowboys. Even if they had a game this week, he would likely be playing.
