Justin Fields will be at the center of numerous trade rumors in the coming weeks, and oddsmakers have made huge moves that point to his next destination.
As of Tuesday, DraftKings Sportsbook listed the Pittsburgh Steelers as Fields’ most likely team for 2024 — even ahead of the Bears.
The odds of Fields playing for the Steelers are -125. If you aren’t familiar with bets, that means you would have to risk $125 to win $100. The odds of Fields remaining with Chicago are +200.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that the Steelers will be adding some type of veteran quarterback this offseason “whether that’s Ryan Tannehill, whether that’s Russell Wilson, whether that’s Justin Fields.”
Schefter added while on “The Pat McAfee Show” that something to keep in mind in the coming weeks is “Mike Tomlin is a big fan of Justin Fields.”

A former first-round pick, Fields is going into the final year of his rookie contract with the Chicago Bears but he is unlikely to be on the team given the fact that the Bears hold the No. 1 and No. 9 picks in this year’s draft.
He hasn’t had the best start to his career as he has been sacked a whopping 135 times during his three years in Chicago that included a league-high 55 times in 2022.
This past season, he threw a career-low nine interceptions. He also set a career-high in passing yards while leading the Bears to five wins.
Given that he is under contract, the Steelers would have to compensate the Bears for Fields’ services, likely in the form of draft picks.
The Bears selected Fields No. 11 overall in the 2021 draft, and he just wrapped up his third season with 2,562 yards passing 16 touchdowns, and nine interceptions in 13 games, along with 657 yards rushing and four rushing TDs.
