Justin Fields is not trying to waste any time.
Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields and new wide receiver DJ Moore are getting work in during the team’s offseason program.
It’s been two months since the Chicago Bears acquired wide receiver D.J. Moore from the Carolina Panthers, but now fans are finally getting the chance of seeing the two of them in action as they try and build chemistry.
The Bears posted a video of Moore catching a pass from quarterback Justin Fields in a recent practice at Halas Hall that has fans already hyped for what’s to come this year and possibly many more years to come.
The Carolina Panthers had a difficult time letting go of DJ Moore to the Chicago Bears, but they had to do so if they wanted to get the No. 1 overall pick to secure their quarterback f the future, which turned out to be Bryce Young.
This past draft was the third time the Panthers have had the top pick. They had it in their first season, 1995, but traded it to the Cincinnati Bengals in exchange for the No. 5 pick and No. 36 in the second round. They selected quarterback Kerry Collins at No. 5. They also had the top pick in 2011 and selected Auburn’s Cam Newton, who went on to win the 2015 MVP and lead Carolina to the Super Bowl.
