If Jalen Ramsey sees an opportunity to get under the skin of his opponent, he is certainly going to take it. That’s exactly what he did days before his matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers when the Los Angeles Rams cornerback told reporters that JuJu Smith-Schuster is not the same as his former teammate in Antonio Brown.
The third-year wide receiver was held to three catches on six targets for 44 yards, but the Steelers won the game 17-12.
After the game, JuJu actually agreed with Ramsey’s comments.
“He’s right, though,” Smith-Schuster said. “I’m not Antonio Brown. I’ll never be Antonio Brown. I am myself. I’m JuJu Smith-Schuster. I’m not as good as him yet. I think I still have time to proceed to get to his level. But we’re two totally different persons.”
The only thing JuJu cares about is that the Steelers are in the thick of things in the AFC playoff race after starting the season terribly and losing starting QB Ben Roethlisberger to s season-ending injury.
