The Buffalo Bills have made a key addition to their secondary this week, with Jordan Schultz having reported that the AFC side signed cornerback Josh Norman to a deal.
The 35-year-old, who was picked out of the fifth round of the 2012 NFL Draft by the Carolina Panthers, is now looking to make his mark as a veteran defensive back in Buffalo.
Norman spent four years with the Panthers and was franchise-tagged after the 2015 season but the team pulled their tender and he moved to Washington, where he signed a five-year contract worth $75 million with $36.5 million fully guaranteed.
The CB would have made a base salary of $12 million for the 2020 season, however, he was released by Washington and then signed a one-year deal with the Bills before a spell with the San Francisco 49ers in 2021.
He returned to the Panthers practice squad last year and moved to the main roster before appearing in two games for the side last season, making eight tackles.
