A highlight reel outlining Josh Allen’s (many) flops over the years has gone viral.
During overtime of Sunday’s road contest against the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field, Allen tried selling a soft push from linebacker Nicholas Morrow. It worked, alright, as the officials penalized Morrow for “Roughing the Passer.”
Fortunately for Morrow, the Eagles D held Buffalo to a field goal to keep the game going. Philly walked it off on the ensuing possession with Jalen Hurts’ 12-yard rushing score.
If it makes Eagles fans feel any better, they’re far from the only team that Allen has flopped dramatically against. A recently resurfaced highlight reel below shows that he’s been doing it for a long, long time:
Let’s also just add that NFL officials are quite fortunate that the Eagles managed to win anyway. If the Bills went on to win because of that atrocious roughing the passer call, they would have been heavily scrutinized more than usual.

Allen had a superb outing against the reigning NFC champions, completing 29 passes for 339 yards and two touchdowns to go along with 81 rushing yards and two rushing scores. But Buffalo’s D couldn’t contain Hurts and the high-flying offense in the second half nor the extra frame, and the result was another gut-wrenching loss that dropped them to 6-6 with five games to go.
Buffalo will now enter their bye week before visiting the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 14.
