Josh Allen is known for his strong arm, but not many know just how powerful his swing can be on the diamond.
The Buffalo Bills quarterback was busy over the weekend as he participated in a softball home-run contest before Micah Hyde’s third-annual charity softball game Sunday at Sahlen Field.
Allen’s power was so crazy that he not only launched balls over the fencing area, but some even went as far as the highway located right behind the minor league park.
ESPN’s Alaina Getzenberg reported Allen shared first place with Bills offensive tackle Spencer Brown after tying.
The event raised $470,000 for Hyde’s Imagine for Youth Foundation, which aims to help provide children with the resources for education and a healthy and active lifestyle.

After a successful college career at the University of Wyoming, Allen was selected by the Buffalo Bills in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft with the seventh overall pick. He quickly established himself as a dynamic and talented quarterback known for his strong arm, athleticism, and ability to extend plays.
Since joining the Bills, Josh Allen has become one of the league’s most exciting young quarterbacks. However, despite his many Pro Bowls, he has not found much success when it comes to the postseason.
He has led the team to an AFC Championship Game appearance in the 2020 season, but his overall record is just 4-4, and that includes a home playoff loss to the Bengals this past January.
