Jordan Poyer must not feel too bad about taxes coming out of his check, because he is signing up for more of it to happen.
The free agent safety, who appeared to be on his way out of Buffalo this offseason, is now returning back to the Bills.
Poyer was in-line to be an unrestricted free agent in 2023 after re-working his deal last season. He made it clear this offseason he wanted to sign with a team in a state that did not take his taxes.
Instead, he is coming back to New York.
In 2022, Poyer appeared in 12 games for the Bills and recorded 63 tackles, four interceptions, one forced fumble, and eight pass deflections.
