Well, it looks like Antonio Brown didn’t use the audio conversation with Jon Gruden without consent. I mean, he did secretly record him, but he actually informed him about it.
The final act of Antonio Brown as a member of the Raiders came in the form of him putting out a video on Friday that included a recording of a conversation he had with Raiders head coach Jon Gruden.
His involvement in the video didn’t come as a surprise, because the video’s producer Alejandro Narciso was on The Dan LeBatard Show and revealed Gruden actually approved the use of the convo before Brown posted it to social media.
“My whole thing the entire time when we were waiting for Gruden’s response was that Gruden’s gonna be like, ‘Listen, AB, I love you, man. But that’s disrespectful. I can’t be having you post our own conversations,'” Narciso said. “Which is the response that I think anyone would think was gonna happen. And then, he responds like 15 minutes later. Three texts. He goes, ‘’Wow. I love it! Loved it! I love it!’
“And I was like, ‘What?!’ And we were like, ‘All right. There’s our consent.'”

Gruden was one of the only people to have Brown’s back throughout this entire process, no matter how terribly he acted.
