What has been rumored for weeks seems to have come to past after it was announced that the Alliance of American Football League was effectiviely going to suspend all football operations on Tuesday, according to ProFootballTalk.
PFT reports that the league hasn’t folded but it “seems to be moving in that direction.”
The league featured a number of former NFL players like Johnny Manziel, Trent Richardson and Will Hill, with T-Rich experiencing much success by leading the entire league in touchdowns.
Manziel had only been there for two weeks before the league made this decision.
After the announcement, the former Heisman Trohpy winner took to Twitter and delivered a message to all the players who are likely reeling from this decision.
