Johnny Manziel’s career in the Alliance of American Football is going just about how you thought, which is not really good, and now he’s taking big hits to the head.
The former Heisman Trophy winner was knocked out of the game with a concussion on Saturday after he threw an interception and attempted to tackle to tackle former Giants and Ravens safety Will Hill.
During his brief stay in the game, he ran three times for 18 yards, completing two of his three passes and throwing a touchdown pass that was ultimately called back due to OPI.
