Johnny Manziel’s football career is clearly over, but that doesn’t stop people from taking shots at him.
Just recently, the former Cleveland Browns QB made the news after he flipped off a roof several times into a pool.
For some apparent reason, that caused Darren Rovell to take a shot at him. Rovell tweeted photos of the Sports Illustrated covers from seven years ago that featured Manziel as the reigning Heisman Trophy winner and the other featuring Alex Rodriguez, who was playing for the Yankees at the time.
“SI covers, seven years ago today: @AROD is at rock bottom. Johnny Manziel is the envy of the college football world,” Rovell tweeted. “Today, A-Rod is as relevant as ever. Manziel achieves a flash of relevance by flipping off a building into a pool.”
Manziel saw that post and put Rovell in a body bag with his response.
“Seven years later and you’re still as big of a bitch as ever,” Manziel wrote in his rebuttal to Rovell.
