Joe Flacco learned a valuable lesson on Thursday night.
The Cleveland Browns quarterback lit up his former team on Thursday Night Football, throwing for 309 yards and three touchdowns in a 37-20 victory over the New York Jets. Flacco had two separate stints with the Jets – one in 2020 and the other in 2021 which ended this year. He clearly made a ton of friends over there.
After the game, the 38-year-old embraced many of his former teammates, but his actions towards Quinnen Williams were not appreciated.
Williams wasn’t a fan of his former signal caller touching his hair so he quickly slapped his arm away and continued the conversation.
“Don’t f-g touch my head. What are you doing?” he said.
Flacco, at his advanced age, has shocked everybody with this resurgence in his career. Flacco moved to four wins in five games as the Browns starting QB.

Since joining the franchise last month, he’s thrown for 1,307 yards and 10 touchdowns. He was only brought in because starting QB Deshaun Watson suffered a season-ending injury.
Now, he has the Browns headed to the postseason for the first time since 2020 and just the second time in 21 seasons.
