Joe Burrow went down with a calf strain very early at training camp in what was a scary moment for the Cincinnati Bengals. That moment has not become less scary as the weeks have gone on.
Head coach Zac Taylor revealed Burrow would be sidelined for several weeks dealing with the calf injury.
Burrow hasn’t practiced since suffering the injury, and Taylor was asked on Wednesday to provide an update on the timeline for his return.
“The timeline is several weeks from when I said several weeks,” Taylor said.
