The Bengals host the Rams in the second game of the Monday Night Football doubleheader. Questions have arisen on whether Joe Burrow would be playing.
Burrow was officially listed as questionable to play against the Los Angeles Rams on the final injury report of the week.
Those questions were answered on Monday. Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow’s calf is feeling better and he is going to try and play against the Rams on Monday Night Football.
The Bengals are 0-2, looking to secure their first win of the season. This is the second straight season in which the team has started with that record. it worked out fine for them last year as they advanced to the AFC Championship game.
Burrow first injured his right calf in July during a non-contact play and missed all of training camp and the preseason before returning in late August. he would then re-tweak the same calf in the final minutes of the Bengals’ Week 2 loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
The Rams and Bengals are squaring off for the first time since they met in Super Bowl LVI. The Rams have turned over their roster significantly since, with the exception of Donald, the three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year.

The Bengals are just hoping that Burrow can stop them from getting a 0-3 start to the season. The Bengals have started 0-2 for the fourth time in five seasons under Zac Taylor.
The Rams won their opener at Seattle before dropping last week’s home opener to San Francisco, 30-23.
