The New York Jets managed to pull off a win against their neighboring Buffalo Bills on Monday night in what turned out to be a spectacle in spite of Aaron Rodgers’s absence.
The MNF fixture saw Garrett Wilson complete what may just go down as the catch of the season to help the Jets win the matchup after it appeared that Buffalo would be leaving with a victory.
Rodgers is believed to have torn his Achilles, with an MRI yet to confirm. And it appears the team will be relying on Zach Wilson for the rest of the season given the prognosis offered by head coach Robert Saleh after the bittersweet win.
Garrett, though, continues to prove his dependability in clutch situations making an incredible catch that got a wild reaction from ESPN’s Joe Buck. Check it out right below:

While Rodgers did not get to enjoy a full debut, Jets fans were treated to an exciting finish at the MetLife Stadium as the game went into overtime, thanks to that catch, and rookie Xavier Gipson won it with a mazy punt return.
An impressive win, but it came at a cost.
