ESPN ‘Monday Night Football’ announcer Joe Buck hilariously fired back at a troll over their bizarre complaint on X/Twitter before the AFC Championship Game on Sunday.
As usual, Jim Nantz and Tony Romo called the AFC Championship Game (Buffalo Bills vs. Kansas City Chiefs) for CBS on Sunday, with Kevin Burkhardt and Tom Brady in the booth for the NFC Championship contest between the Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Commanders on FOX.
Joe Buck and longtime partner Troy Aikman concluded their 2024 NFL season in last week’s Divisional Round tilt between the Chiefs and Houston Texans. Oddly, one fan tagged Buck in an X post and complained about him calling Chiefs-Bills game.
The 55-year-old Joe Buck cleverly responded with a sarcastic response about how he was set to work alongside Romo on CBS:
Yep! Almost set to go. Cold here in KC. @tonyromo and I are about to see who will meet the Eagles in SB LIX. Tune us in on @NFLonCBS https://t.co/c5dp4RDJ85

Joe Buck Wraps Up Third Season With ESPN
Buck and Aikman left FOX Sports to take over ESPN’s MNF broadcasts in 2022, with the former reportedly signing a five-year deal worth $60 to $75 million. Buck had been with FOX since 1994.
The longtime commentary duo will now enjoy eight months off before returning to the broadcast booth in September.
