NFL broadcaster Joe Buck is a broadcasting icon, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t had issues with people over the years.
When he speaks, people listen. One family heard him a lot, especially when it came to Eli Manning playing in the league with the New York Giants. Buck revealed during an interview with Barstool Sports that the Manning family came after him over his criticism of Eli.
“The Manning family thought I was too harsh on him.”
Buck added that he mentioned this while on the ManningCast as he told Eli it was going to be his objective to get Eli to like him before he hung up the Zoom call. He added that they are great friends now.
Buck further told a story of Peyton being interviewed by Costas when he made a reference to him talking about Eli.
“It’s not fun hearing Joe Buck say something about your younger brother.”
