Joe Buck is just like the rest of us right now. He is stuck inside his home and unable to do something that he loves, which is calling games, because sports is basically on hiatus due to the coronavirus.
That’s when the 50-year-old got a genius idea to “practice” his doing play-by-play for people doing everyday things while isolated in their homes.
He started over the weekend by doing a hilarious play-by-play of his wife, Michelle Beisner-Buck, and their young son, Wyatt.
“While we’re all quarantined right now without any sports, I’d love to get some practice reps in. Send me videos of what you’re doing at home and I’ll work on my play-by-play. Seriously!” he wrote.
He also wanted people to donate to a worthy cause.
“If your video gets posted you have to pledge to donate to a cause during this quarantine. Even if it’s a dollar. Send something! I’m pledging to the St. Louis Community Fund. I’ll do some this week! And supply me with some details please,” he shared.
