After Donald Trump mocked Taylor Swift for being booed at Super Bowl 2025, Jimmy Kimmel responded by defending her.
Kimmel did not hold back when responding to Donald Trump’s recent comments about her.
The President loved every minute of the singer being booed following her Super Bowl appearance.
Kimmel used his platform to defend Swift while also taking the opportunity to call out Trump’s claims.
On the latest episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the late-night host Kimmel began by saying, “She didn’t get booed out of the stadium.”
“Unlike you, she stayed for the whole game — and it was the Eagles fans who were booing her,” he continued. “But you’re right, it’s all about you.”

Trump became the first sitting U.S. president to go to a Super Bowl.
“Trump’s just jealous of Taylor Swift because she has more followers and more money and no kids than he does.”
Donald Trump And Taylor Swift have Been At War With Each Other For Years
Donald Trump mocked Taylor Swift for getting booed at the Super Bowl, adding yet another chapter in their history.
Trump, the 2024 TIME Person of the Year, and Swift, who received TIME’s Person of the Year title in 2023, have a past since they have called one another out over opposing political views and actions.
It all started with Swift endorsing a Democratic candidate in the 2018 U.S. Senate election in Tennessee and ended with Trump firing at her in response.
“I’m sure Taylor Swift doesn’t know anything about [Blackburn],” Trump said, adding, “I like Taylor’s music about 25% less now, OK?”
In 2020, Taylor Swift took a strong stand against the President when he posted about protesters in Minnesota after the killing of George Floyd.
Swift responded by writing, “After stoking the fires of white supremacy and racism your entire presidency, you have the nerve to feign moral superiority before threatening violence?” she wrote. “‘When the looting starts, the shooting starts’??? We will vote you out in November. @realdonaldtrump.”
More recently, Swift endorsed Kamala Harris for President, and Trump posted “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!” on his social media app, Truth Social.
