It appears as though Jim Harbaugh’s negotiations with an AFC club are quickly picking up steam.
According to Darren M. Haynes of KCAL in Los Angeles, Harbaugh is in the Los Angeles Chargers’ facility and not at Michigan. The Bolts first interviewed Harbaugh for their head coaching vacancy nine days ago.
It was reported earlier in the day by Bleacher Report’s Jordan Schultz that Harbaugh’s scheduled second interview with the Atlanta Falcons today was canceled. A source told Schultz that the interview was “being moved for now.”
The Falcons are viewed as the heavy front-runners to land former New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, who completed his second interview with the team last week. Whether or not the team plans to interview Harbaugh again remains to be seen.
