Jerry Jones sees a money making opportunity and wants to pounce on it.
Hate them or love them, but when the Dallas Cowboys are playing anybody in the NFL, it is must-see TV as millions tune in to watch them play.
The owner of the Dallas Cowboys wants his team to be the first to play in the Los Angeles Rams’ and Chargers’ new SoFi Stadium as well as the Las Vegas raiders’ Allegiant Stadium.
“If possible,” Jones said, “I’d like to be their first game, both teams, first game.”
“I’m very excited,” Jones said. “I was excited to play that first preseason game against the Rams there in the Coliseum. If possible, I’d like to be their first game, both teams, first game. Which is not impossible, I guess.”
Both stadiums are still being worked on, but delays are happening due to the ongoing spread of the coronavirus.
