According to documents accessed earlier this month, a woman is suing Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, claiming she is Jones’ biological daughter. Alexandra Davis, a 25-year-old woman, filed a lawsuit stating that she was conceived from a relationship Jones had with her mother, Cynthia Davis, in the mid-1990s.
The Cowboys owner fielded a question Monday about the lawsuit, but when asked about it, Jones kept his response short.
“That is personal,” Jones said. “That is personal,” via the Dallas Morning News‘ David Moore.
According to the court documents, her mother reached a settlement in which Jones would support them financially as long as they didn’t publicly identify him as her father.
It’s claimed that Davis was an infant when this agreement was reached.
