No one expected Jeff Saturday to be coaching an NFL team this year, including Saturday himself. So you can’t blame him for taking shots at certain teams from his Twitter account while watching games and working as an ESPN analyst earlier in the year.
That’s what happened a few weeks ago, as Saturday clearly didn’t like what he was seeing during the Raiders’ 24-0 loss to the New Orleans Saints in week 8. So he Tweeted about how awful Vegas looked.
He also took a shot at Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams, who had just one reception for three yards on the day.
Saturday obviously had no idea he would be coaching against the Raiders just two weeks later. But here we are.
Many on social media remembered those tweets, and they were quick to look back at them as the Colts were beating the Raiders this afternoon at Allegiant Stadium.

While everyone was agreeing with his Tweet about the Raiders, it was a different tune when it came to his criticism of Davante Adams, who went for over 100 yards and a touchdown against Indy today.
