The Philadelphia Eagles are headed to the Super Bowl, and it wasn’t particularly hard for them to get there.
As the No. 1 seed in the NFC, the Eagles had to go through Giants QB Daniel Jones and 49ers QB’s Brock Purdy and Josh Johnson, both of whom got hurt during the game.
NFL analyst Jason McIntyre brought up that fact after the game while also adding that the Eagles had the easiest road to the Super Bowl with the QB’s they had to face.
“Eagles just had the easiest playoff road of QBs in NFL history

Brock Purdy/Josh JohnsonFind me an easier road.

Hurts punched his ticket to the NFL title game with a dominant win over the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday in the NFC championship.
He wasn’t spectacular, but he did not have to be as he threw for 121 yards, with no passing touchdowns or interceptions, in the 31-7 win. He also ran for a score, finishing the day with 39 yards on the ground.
The Eagles dismantled a 49ers team that possessed the league’s best defense.
Philadelphia has one more game to win. It’s the biggest game of Hurts’ career. They will have to go through a battle-tested Patrick Mahomes-led team to do it.
