For the past few days or so, there have been constant rumors of Odell Beckham Jr. wanting to bolt from Cleveland.
Cleveland acquired Beckham earlier this year from the New York Giants in an effort to bolster their offense and expand on a promising 2018 season. The idea was to pair him with former LSU teammate Jarvis Landry, but Odell hasn’t found that connection with QB Baker Mayfield and it has led to one of his most disappointing seasons of his career.
He only has 59 receptions for 844 yards and two touchdowns.
FOX insider Jay Glazer stated the all-pro WR has been telling opposing coaches, players and teams that he wants out, but one of his teammates doesn’t agree.
Landry answered questions on Thursday on the rumors surrounding Beckham.
“He doesn’t want to leave,” Landry said. “He isn’t trying to leave”
