Jarrett Stidham was given the ball Sunday to give the Denver Broncos “a spark” on offense.
Stidham started Denver’s 16-9 win over the Los Angeles Chargers and went 20-of-32 for 224 yards and a touchdown. It may have been an uneven type of performance, but he had to deal with a lot after the decision to bench Rusell Wilson became a point of contention between the nine-time Pro Bowler and the team.
Despite all of the noise, Stidham’s wife, Kennedy, was his biggest fan after he earned his first NFL career win as a starter against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday.
The influencer and content creator, who played soccer at Baylor University, took to her Instagram story to post about the big day.

Stidham and Kennedy tied the knot in 2019. The couple are expecting their second child later this year.
The Broncos announced last week that Stidham would start in the final two games of the season after Wilson was benched.
In the meantime, Stidham will start in Las Vegas against the Raiders, while Russell Wilson will be the No. 2 quarterback once again, Sean Payton announced.
Stidham starting again means Wilson may have already played his last game in a Broncos uniform.
