It looks like Jadeveon Clowney’s time in Seattle has come to an end.
Seahawks defensive lineman Jarran Reed wore the No. 90 jersey in Seattle from 2016 to 2018, but he would relinquish that number to Clowney after he was traded there, but for a price.
On Wednesday, Reed that he’s wearing No. 90 again this year.
“To clarify all questions yes i am back in number 90,” Reed wrote on Twitter.
Clowney stated last season that he bought the No. 90 from Reed and that “It wasn’t cheap.”
The 27-year-old recorded 31 tackles, three sacks, an interception, two defensive touchdowns, four forced fumbles, two recoveries and three pass defenses in 13 games played with the Seahawks in 2019.
