Jameis Winston remains a free agent more than three weeks after the Tampa Bay Buccaneers released him from the roster after signing Tom Brady.
Winston and his representatives are searching for a team that has a quarterback who may not have a “strong hold on the starting job,” according to Bleacher Report’s Matt Miller.
In the meantime, he is keeping in tip-top shape as longtime Bucs writer Rick Stroud shared a photo of Winston’s physique looking much improved.
The 2015 No. 1 overall pick is coming off a 2019 campaign where he tossed 33 touchdown passes en route to leading the league with 5,109 passing yards.
His only issue remains his turnovers where he also threw 30 interceptions last season, including a game-ending and season-ending pick-6.
