It’s the year 2020 and Jameis Winston is on Fox News.
The free agent quarterback was brought on to talk about developing a toll-free COVID-19 hotline where people can call in to have their questions and concerns about the highly contagious virus answered.
On top of that, he was asked about his wedding during the pandemic, and then Tom Brady came up.
Winston couldn’t have answered those questions any better as he gave credit to Brady being the GOAT as well as himself as he awaits his next opportunity to play QB somewhere in the league.
“For you to get replaced by Tom Brady in a city that you love so much, I guess that’s kudos to me,” Winston said Wednesday morning on Fox News.
“One thing you can learn about me is my faith. I have tremendous faith in the Lord … and one thing about Tom Brady is it’s understood that he is the GOAT,” Winston said.

“But at the end of the day, it’s a competitive sport. We all in the business. So I’m excited for whatever opportunity may hold.”
“As citizens of this great country, I believe it’s important to come together to support one another in times of need,” Winston said in the video posted on his Twitter.
“With the lack of resources and misinformation out there, Dr. Kelley and I decided to create a toll-free national hotline. We want to give every family rapid responses to give them peace of mind from the safety of their own home.”
Winston, the 2013 Heisman Trophy winner, helped lead FSU to its third national championship that same season. He spent five years in Tampa after being drafted No. 1 overall in the 2015 Draft.
