On Thursday, Jamal Adams officially requested to be traded, however, the Jets haven’t granted him permission to seek a trade out of New York.
Rich Cimini has confirmed the news and says that the situation between the Jets and Adams continues to deteriorate.
Adams may have not received permission, but he already has several teams in mind on where he would like to go.
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, there are seven teams Jets S Jamal Adams would welcome a trade to. The list includes:
Ravens
Cowboys
Texans
Chiefs
Eagles
49ers
Seahawks

The 24-year-old appeared in 14 games for the Jets in 2019 and recorded 75 tackles, 6.5 sacks, one interception, two forced fumbles, one recovery, two defensive touchdowns and seven pass defenses.
