Jalen Ramsey has never been afraid to speak his mind.
After the team elected to pick up his fifth year option, ensuring he would be with the team in 2020, Ramsey made it clear that when it comes time to finally pay him, there would be no discounts given because of that decision.
If the team elects to let him walk, he already has two teams in mind already.
The Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback was recently a guest on Titans left tackle Taylor Lewan and former Titans linebacker Will Compton’s podcast, ‘Bussin’ With The Boys‘ when he revealed that he would take his talents to either the Tennessee Titans or Oakland Raiders.
“It would probably be either here (Titans) or Vegas (Raiders),” Ramsey said. I like Vegas. They don’t have any state income taxes and here [Nashville] doesn’t either.”
So why the Titans? Ramsey grew up in Tennessee and revealed he was a Titans fan growing up.
“I was a Titans fan just naturally living here and then I was kind of a Dallas Cowboy fan because, you know, America’s Team,” Ramsey said on the podcast. “They were on TV the most.”

As for as the Raiders go, it’s not hard to figure out that they would be a team most players would love to sign with, seeing as how they will be in Las Vegas in 2020 and beyond.
Ramsey is entering the fourth year of his rookie contract and is set to make $3.63M this season.
