Former Ohio State quarterback Dwayne Haskins was selected with the No. 15 pick in the first round of the 2019 NFL draft by the Washington Redskins. Haskins was the second Buckeye taken in the draft, after former defensive end Nick Bosa went No. 2 overall to San Francisco 49ers.
Although Haskins was finally scooped up by a team, many seriously thought he would not be available after ten picks.
Many wondered why he fell so far, but Jalen Ramsey seems to have an idea.
The Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback took to Twitter and implied that he would’ve went a lot sooner if he was a different race. He didn’t finish the tweet, but it didn’t take much to catch on to where he was going with it.
