Jalen Hurts is spreading the holiday cheer in Philadelphia, having given gifts to all of his Eagles teammates.
The Eagles are on pace to win their first Super Bowl in five years and became the first NFL team to clinch a playoff berth this year. Hurts is very appreciative of his colleagues right now, considering how well they’ve performed this season – the Eagles are 12-1 ahead of a game against the Chicago Bears that they are very likely to win – and has let them know it with an expensive present lineup.
According to The Athletic’s Zach Berman, the QB gave all of his Philly teammates Louis Vuitton bags. The starters weren’t the only ones to receive the pricey tributes, with the reserves and practice squad players all recipients too.
Hurts has also been a good sport on the field this term, having passed for 5,157 yards and rushed for 686, while responsible for 32 touchdowns. He’s certainly on course for the league’s MVP award. But he’s probably already MVP to his teammates and fans, especially after getting them LV bags.
Elon Musk Probably Isn’t Happy With Jalen Hurts Right Now
Hurts is probably responsible for Elon Musk losing his perch as the world’s richest man.
Just this week, Bernard Arnault, the co-founder and chairman of LVMH Moet Hennessy – Louis Vuitton SE, was named the world’s wealthiest man by Bloomberg. Valued at $171 billion, Arnault is the first European to top Bloomberg’s list and the figure has seen him unseat the Tesla and SpaceX CEO, who is worth $164 billion.
